Garden Pond

A garden pond can be the crown jewel of a backyard garden. They are often used to create a sense of serenity and are popular in countries all over the world. Furthermore, they can also be a creative way to make your garden area truly unique.

A garden pond can be a significant investment in both time and money. Depending on the size, layout, and details of a particular design, they can often reach into the thousands of dollars, if not more. However, smaller, less expensive ponds are generally the norm.

Unfortunately, there is much more to a garden pond then simply filling a hole with water. Pond liners, filters, pumps and an array of other equipment are all required in order to maintain a clean, healthy garden oasis. Most of this equipment can be purchased either through local home and garden centers or online garden retailers.
